Our Goal

Our goal is to combine years as award winning BBQ Pitmasters with 20 years of chef expertise to provide superior meals at a great price.  We use the highest quality meat and apply the same recipes to our everyday BBQ as we do in competitions.  Pair this with the amazing scratch made sides and the creative dishes we offer and you are sure to have a world class meal.

Our Story

From 2000 to 2007 Chad and Chris cooked together in a restaurant that offered a wide range of cuisine from burgers to high end Italian dishes and everything in between.

In 2007 Chris went on to pursue a career outside of the food industry while Chad continue to work at great restaurants and build a top notch skill set in the kitchen.

Chris started cooking competition BBQ in 2011 and was fortunate enough to have a lot of success to where people wanted to buy his amazing BBQ.

In 2017 Chad and Chris teamed back up to turn Heavy Smoke BBQ in to a business.  We use both methods of expertise to put together amazing meals with more options than just a BBQ joint and do it all for a great price.

Chris is a World Champion Pitmaster that truly cares about nothing more than his family, BBQ, and taking care of his customers.  If he can make it happen for you he will go out of his way to do it.

Chad has spent 20 years creating and recreating some the most amazing dishes you will find.  From BBQ to high end Italian and everything in between Chad can not only make it but he can make it with his own twist and surprise the even most critical diners

Danielle is the backbone of Heavy Smoke BBQ ensuring that things run according to plan.  Danielle is willing to go above and beyond for our customers and she will prove that at the vending window when you come to experience our food.
